A recommendation tells you where to look. A purchase creates a relationship with the provider named in the offer. When those are different companies, the two pages should not be treated as one billing account.
LoveCore’s homepage recommends Candy and discloses affiliate links. That does not establish that a LoveCore account manages a Candy purchase, or that LoveCore’s refund and cancellation wording applies to Candy.
The provider belongs on the receipt
The two providers expose different evidence. Follow the row belonging to the actual purchase:
| Purchase question | LoveCore’s own agreement | Candy’s direct subscription page |
|---|---|---|
| Who is responsible? | LoveCore’s terms govern its own service; a recommendation card does not create a Candy account | The offer identifies EverAI Limited and says the bank descriptor is EverAI |
| What is the current price? | The agreement says the amount is disclosed before purchase; it does not supply a universal current plan price | The page separates the payment for a whole term from its monthly equivalent |
| Where is renewal managed? | Account settings, according to the March 2025 terms | Settings, according to the subscription page |
| What does cancellation change? | Access continues through the paid term; unused days are generally not credited | It stops the next renewal; the payment page does not itself establish a refund for an already paid term |
If your receipt names Candy/EverAI, opening LoveCore settings is the wrong account-management task. If you separately bought LoveCore access, retain a second receipt and cancellation record.
An annual equivalent is not a one-month charge
Candy’s subscription page currently separates an annual plan’s monthly equivalent from its full annual payment. It also displays an introductory monthly offer with a different ongoing renewal amount. In the dollar-denominated page retrieved on October 15, 2026, the annual option is $47.88 paid for the year, the quarterly option is $26.97, and the monthly offer charges $9.99 initially before renewing at $13.99. Local taxes and regional offers can differ.
A one-month evaluation therefore calls for comparing the initial $9.99 payment with the full $47.88 annual commitment, not with the annual card’s $3.99 equivalent. Cancelling after one month does not turn a prepaid year into a one-month purchase. If the goal is a three-month trial, the listed quarterly payment is a separate option worth inspecting; do not assume monthly and quarterly renewal periods are interchangeable.
Candy also lists unlimited text and a monthly token allowance. The existence of a subscription does not make every media request unlimited. A useful media budget still needs the actual action price and the selected account’s conditions.
LoveCore’s cancellation wording has its own scope
LoveCore’s March 22, 2025 terms describe automatic renewal and cancellation through account settings, with access continuing until the paid period ends. They generally distinguish cancellation from a refund for unused days.
Those statements describe LoveCore’s agreement. They should not be presented as Candy’s cancellation instructions merely because a Candy button appears on LoveCore. Conversely, a Candy receipt is not proof that an original LoveCore app subscription has been cancelled.
If the account actually has two subscriptions, each requires its own record. Closing a recommendation page cannot cancel either one.
Decide from the shortest useful evaluation
For a person who mainly wants to test text conversation, a clearly bounded term may answer the question before any annual commitment is needed. For someone already using the service regularly, a longer term may fit the routine, but the full payment and renewal still matter.
No checkout, payment or cancellation was performed for this article. The supported conclusion is about responsibility and purchase shape: follow the seller and the selected term, not the brand on the page that introduced it.
